They work with students, their teachers, and their school communities throughout New Hampshire. They guide students in developing a deep understanding of energy efficiency and conservation, renewable energy technologies, and climate change. They also provide ways for students to take action on the issues they are learning about so that they can make a difference.

Energy Circuit Rider (ECR) Program​An Energy Circuit Rider is a shared staff person providing services to multiple cities and towns across a region. The CENH Energy Circuit Riders help municipalities and small businesses plan, finance, and implement energy-saving upgrades to buildings and infrastructure, as well as clean energy technologies such as renewable energy or electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Community Facilities Energy Assessment Program
CDFA’s Community Facilities Energy Assessment Program provides grant funding to reduce the cost of energy-related studies for New Hampshire municipalities and nonprofit organizations. Eligible studies and assessments will identify and support implementation projects that reduce future operating and maintenance costs and improve building comfort and health, allowing organizations and communities to better support their core missions.
